UP International Trade Show: Preparations for the UP International Trade Show are going on in full swing in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In view of this trade show, a traffic advisory has been issued by the Noida Police, the effect of which will also be seen on the routes going towards Greater Noida. Traffic DCP Yamuna Prasad has given information in this regard. 

The DCP said that this traffic advisory will be applicable from 24 September for the next 5 days. This trade show is going to be held at India Expo Mart from 25 to 29 September. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will inaugurate it and it will run for the next five days. During this time, traffic advisory will have to be followed in Noida. 

What is the advisory?
He said that there is a need to avoid going on the routes on which traffic advisory has been issued. This traffic advisory will be implemented from the day this trade show starts. Heavy vehicles will be banned on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and nearby routes for five days and this ban will be imposed from 7 am to 11 pm.

Only essential vehicles will be allowed to run on these routes. No-entry will be implemented on some routes. Only vehicles like milk, fruits, vegetables and ambulances will be allowed on these routes. However, there will be no restriction on movement from other routes during this time.

 

There will be a ban on these routes

  • Vehicles coming from Chilla Border will be diverted to Chilla Red Light, from where vehicles can take a U-turn and proceed via NH-9, NH-24, NH-91 and Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
  • The DND border will be diverted to the DND toll plaza. From here, vehicles will be able to take a U-turn and proceed via NH-91 and Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
  • Kalindi border will be diverted to Eastern Peripheral Expressway and NH-91
  • Vehicles going towards Jewar toll and Delhi on Yamuna Expressway will be diverted towards Aligarh via U-turn
  • Vehicles coming from Surajpur Ghant Chowk and Pari Chowk will be diverted
