UP News: The organization election state workshop organized under BJP Organization Festival-2024 concluded on Sunday in the presence of National General Secretary (Organization) BL Santosh and National General Secretary Vinod Tawde. State Election Officer Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, State BJP President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, State General Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh, former State President Ramapatiram Tripathi, Swatantra Dev Singh and State Co-Election Observers Sanjay Bhatia and Sanjeev Chaurasia were present in the meeting held at the State BJP Headquarters. Regional President, Regional In-charge, District Election Officer, District In-charge and District President were present in the phased meetings.

National General Secretary (Organization) BL Santosh while sharing the action plan for the next phase of organizational elections said that ideology, culture and organizational methods keep the organization alive for a long time. He said that BJP is my organization. With this idea, go to the districts and take opinion poll with the understanding of building a better organization than the present one. Four phases of our organizational elections have been completed with quality. We are moving forward for the next phase. He said that change of responsibility is an organizational system and accordingly, the responsibilities of every worker change from time to time.

A worker can reach the top post anytime- Vinod Tawde
Vinod Tawde said that BJP is the only political party in India which structures the organisation in accordance with the organisational democratic system. This is the reason that in BJP even a booth worker can reach any top post on the basis of his qualification and ability. Under the organisation festival, the party officials, public representatives and workers have set a record in the membership campaign with their hard work. Now the organisation has moved towards the process of district president election along with the formation of booth committees and election of divisional presidents. In the coming time, dedicated party workers will be elected as district presidents and will give impetus to the party's campaigns, programmes and ideology while taking forward the work done by the organisation till now.

State Election Officer Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, while presenting the report of organisational elections, said that the responsibility of Mandal President has been entrusted to the dutiful workers of the party. A large number of backward class, scheduled caste and women workers have been elected as Mandal President. Soon the process of election of Mandal Presidents will be completed in the remaining districts as well. The process of nomination of District President will be completed in the state between 7 January and 10 January.
 

Leadership by consensus - State President
BJP State President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said that BJP has fulfilled all its resolutions including the abolition of Article 370, construction of a grand temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi. This is the reason why the faith of the people of the country in BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is unwavering. He said that along with BJP and BJP leadership, the image of each and every worker of BJP is also that of a pioneer of nationalism in the society as well as a cultured and service-minded person. These loyal workers of BJP, the carriers of Antyodaya ideology and dedicated workers in public service lead the organization by taking up various responsibilities. The task of selecting the leadership for the 2027 assembly elections will be completed through organizational elections. The process of organization elections is moving forward under the guidance of the central leadership. Which is handing over the leadership to qualified workers by consensus.
  
State General Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh said that the District President election process has to be completed on the basis of consensus while following the organizational democratic process. He said that it has to be kept in mind that the age of the District President should not be more than 60 years. All the District Election Officers will declare the date and place of elections in their districts in advance. He said that along with ideological background, two-time active members, responsible workers of BJP and BJP District President will be nominated. He said that along with this, party workers will go door-to-door under the Samvidhan Gaurav Abhiyan. All the party officials, workers, public representatives, local citizens will participate in the Samvidhan Gaurav Abhiyan.
