UP Weather: Monsoon weakened in UP, light rain is expected at some places and humid heat at other places today, know the weather

News Topical, Digital Desk : Monsoon has started weakening gradually in Uttar Pradesh. The period of heavy rains has started saying goodbye. Now in UP, there is light rain at some places and sunshine at other places. Due to the movement of clouds, the mercury has also started rising. Even today, heat at some places and light rain at other places will continue in the state. But the weather will remain dry at many places. 

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning at some places in western UP today on Monday. While light rain showers will be seen at some places in the eastern division, the weather will remain dry in many districts today. Due to the sunshine, humid heat can bother in these districts.

Light rain is expected in these districts

On Monday, light rain is expected at some places in UP including Agra, Firozabad, Etah, Kasganj, Badaun, Bareilly, Rampur, Pilibhit, Lakhimpur Kheri, Shahjahanpur, Farrukhabad, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Jalaun, Jhansi, Mahoba, Lalitpur, Kannauj, Hardoi, Bahraich and Shravasti and adjoining areas. 

Light rain may occur at one or two places in Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Moradabad, Meerut, Amroha, Sambhal, Baghpat, Noida, Ghaziabad, Bulandshahar, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Banda, Hamirpur, Kanpur, Unnao, Lucknow, Barabanki, Gonda, Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria, Gorakhpuri Sant Kabir Nagar and Basti today. 

The weather department has predicted light rain in these districts today. No special warning has been issued regarding thunderstorms or lightning during this period. The weather will remain dry in the rest of the state today. People may face problems due to the humid and sticky heat caused by the sunshine in these districts. 

How will the weather be in the coming days?

Similar weather is expected in both the divisions of the state from 19 to 22 August. In such a situation, in the coming days, sometimes it will be hot and sometimes it will be sticky due to the sunshine. During this time, there is no expectation of any significant change in the maximum temperature of the state. 

There are indications of monsoon becoming active in both the divisions of the state from August 23, due to which there may be heavy rains at many places along with thunder and lightning in many districts of the state.
