New Delhi: A case of road rage turned horrific for a family in Bengaluru when some miscreants attacked their car and broke the glass of their car with a stone. The child sitting in the backseat of the car also got seriously injured in this attack.

This incident is from Kasavanahalli in Bengaluru, where a family travelling in a car was attacked by some bikers coming from behind. A person named Anup has also shared a video of the incident on social media, in which he has narrated the entire incident that happened with him.

He posted the video on Instagram and wrote that miscreants attacked my car near Amrita College Kasavanahalli. They threw stones at my car and my child is admitted in the hospital. According to the information, Anoop was going somewhere with his family on Tuesday night, when two unknown people riding a bike stopped his car twice and asked Anoop to open the window. When he refused, the miscreants broke the window panes with a stone. The child sitting behind was injured in the attack and the child started crying.

Anoop then starts shouting that my child was there. The child suffered serious head injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital. Later pictures showed broken glass pieces and blood stains on the rear seat of the car. Anoop claimed that people were chasing his car and attacked him when he was just 2 km away from home.

Anup told the media that his son, who was sitting in the back seat, was seriously injured and had to get three stitches on his head. He has been kept under observation for 24 hours due to excessive bleeding. He said that the incident has caused severe trauma to his child.

Recalling the horrific incident, his wife told the media that despite it being a crowded area, the men did not hesitate to attack them. She said, 'Our child was very scared. We spent hours in the hospital. It has been traumatic both mentally and physically.' The family has lodged a complaint at the Parappana Agrahara police station.
