Aligarh Acid Attack: In Aligarh, a boy had called his girlfriend to meet him in a restaurant. Both were sitting at a table and talking when suddenly the woman took out a bottle filled with acid from her bag and threw it on the boy. In this incident, along with the young man, a restaurant employee also got burnt. On receiving information about this incident, the police reached the spot and after the incident, the young man disappeared from the spot. The woman's name is Varsha while the young man's name is Vivek. It is being told that the young man and the woman were in a relationship for the last 12 years.

Regarding this incident, restaurant owner Deepak Garg said that the girl came at around 11:30 in the morning. I asked her to sit there, but she said that she wanted to sit inside. After a while, the boy also came and he was saying what did he do, then the girl said that I poured acid on him and he was blackmailing me for 12 years. The girl herself went to the intersection and told the police that she had brought a steel glass with her, a bottle and bag, her mobile is here, the remaining acid is also in her bag.

ASP Varun Kumar Mishra, who is investigating the police case
, said that prima facie it appears that a woman named Varsha has thrown acid on her friend Vivek who is absconding from the spot. Some drops of acid have also come on Varsha's body. For this, she is being given medical facility, no complaint has been received yet. Legal action will be taken as soon as the complaint is received.

He told that this incident happened inside a restaurant at Center Point. The reason for the incident is not known yet, because they know each other. It is believed that this incident has been done due to mutual differences. The woman is married, if both the parties meet then the media will be informed after talking to the woman. CCTV footage is also being taken. The boy is being traced on the basis of his bike number and phone number.
