Lucknow. After a domestic dispute, 30-year-old Nitin killed his wife Aayushi by hitting her with a pressure cooker. After this, he jumped in front of a train in Sevai village. One of Nitin's legs was cut off. Nitin has been admitted to Lohia Hospital in a critical condition.
Both were residents of Sitapur Maholi. They lived on rent in Avadh Vihar Yojna here. According to Inspector Anjani Kumar Mishra, Nitin had a fight with his wife in the evening. Nitin hit Aayushi on her face and head with a pressure cooker. When the neighbours ran after hearing the noise, Nitin ran away. While running, he reached the railway track in Sevai village and jumped in front of a train. One of Nitin's legs was cut off.

On getting information about Nitin, the police reached Sevai village. There, the injured Nitin lying near the railway track was picked up.
