In this accident, the car collided with a divider and overturned and got badly damaged. After this, the police admitted the injured lover to the hospital for treatment. The matter came to light when the family members of the deceased lodged a complaint against the accused with the police. After this, the police arrested the lover.

22-year-old Ankita Yadav, a resident of Barhua in Gida police station area of ​​Gorakhpur, was to get engaged after three months. She was a final year graduate student at Gangotri Devi Postgraduate College. On the morning of 18 September, she was standing at the crossroads of her village to go to college. During this time, a speeding car ran over her and collided with the divider and got badly damaged. The car driver Prince Yadav was badly injured in this accident. The police admitted the accused car driver to the hospital for treatment.

The youth was pressurizing for marriage.
The family members alleged that the accused Prince Yadav is a resident of Ganeshpur, Sukrauli, Kushinagar. His maternal grandmother's house is in the same village as the student. That is why he keeps visiting there. When the accused Prince Yadav came to know that Ankita Yadav's marriage was fixed somewhere else, he started pressurizing her for marriage. Fed up with this, she changed her mobile number. After this, Prince stopped Ankita on the way and started forcing her to marry him. 

Ankita told this to her mother and relatives. To complain about this, the mother of the deceased Ankita also went to the maternal home of the accused. Even after this, Prince Yadav, a crazy lover madly in love with Ankita, planned to take a dreadful revenge. On the morning of 18 September, while returning from Ayodhya by car, the accused did a recce around her village after reaching Sahjanwan. He knew the time of Ankita going to college and returning.

SSP Dr. Gaurav Grover said that an accident took place on September 18 in Gida police station area. In this accident, a girl student standing near the village square was hit from behind by a car while going to college. After this, the Swift Dzire car collided with the divider and overturned. SSP said that the deceased's marriage was also fixed somewhere. Angered by this, the lover committed this incident. A case of murder was registered on the complaint of the family. The accused is a resident of Kushinagar. He had rented a car a few days ago. He has accepted the incident of murder.
