Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Abu Katal Sindhi was killed in Pakistan on Sunday. Abu Katal, who had plotted the killing of pilgrims in Reasi, Jammu, was shot dead.

International terrorist Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai attack and founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba, is also reported to be injured in this attack. He is being treated at the military hospital in Rawalpindi. However, no concrete information has been revealed about his health.

 

Hafiz Saeed must have increased his security after the attack: Robindar Sachdeva

Talking to news agency ANI, foreign affairs expert Robindra Sachdeva said, "A person close to Hafiz Saeed has been killed, which means that those who were tracking him were tracking Hafiz Saeed very closely. It is said that those who live by the sword, die by the sword. The same can happen with Hafiz Saeed. Sachdeva speculated that Saeed may have tightened his security after the murder of his nephew.

 

Hafiz Saeed may ask for help from Pakistani army

He said that Hafiz Saeed's next step could be to increase his security and seek help from the Pakistani army, although they are already providing him security. No one can say who is behind this incident, but it could possibly be a work done by the Pakistani authorities to defame India.

 

Commenting on reports of another person being injured in the attack, retired Major General Dhruv C Katoch (Retd) said that it could be Hafiz Saeed himself. The second injured person has been admitted to a military hospital in Pakistan and there is a lot of discussion about this, as Pakistan has not revealed anything about the identity of that person. Dhruv C Katoch said that no terrorist is completely safe in Pakistan.

 

Abu Qatal used to plot terrorism in Kashmir

Abu Qatal was the head of operations for Lashkar-e-Taiba and was also responsible for the launch pads of terrorists in PoK. He was responsible for the infiltration of terrorists especially in Jammu region and also ensured the supply of weapons through drones and other means.
