Dispute over garbage throwing escalated

On Monday morning, there was a dispute between two shopkeepers over garbage disposal. The dispute escalated so much that one shopkeeper stabbed the other shopkeeper to death. While trying to intervene, the shopkeeper's son and nephew were seriously injured. The injured have been admitted to the medical college for treatment. This murder created panic in the area. The police, who arrived on the information, took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem and on the complaint of the family, registered a case against the accused and started investigation.

Seriously injured Yasin dies
Yasin (50), a resident of Tiwari Purwa in Nagar Kotwali area, has a lathe shop near the Zila Parishad Colony on Bahraich Road. Sultan, a resident of the same village, runs a meat shop next door. There was often an argument between the two over throwing chicken waste. On Monday, when Yasin was opening the shop, Sultan clashed with him once again.

The argument between the two escalated so much that Sultan attacked Yasin with a knife. Yasin fell down bleeding due to the continuous knife attacks. Sultan also injured Yasin's son Danish and nephew Mo Rehan who ran to save their father. The family members rushed the three injured to the hospital but Yasin died before reaching the hospital. At present, the police have started the process of registering a case against the accused.

What did the police say?
Danish, who was injured in the incident, said that we are residents of Tiwaripurva. Sultan has stabbed our father. The entire dispute happened over the chicken shop. Sultan used to throw the garbage of his shop at our shop and the dispute happened over that and Sultan stabbed my father.

Regarding the whole matter, Additional Superintendent of Police (East) Manoj Rawat said that today, on 10th February, at around 10:00 am, Kotwali Nagar Police Station received information that there was an argument between two shopkeepers in Tiwaripurva over throwing chicken waste. In this, Mohammad Amin and his son Sultan injured Mohammad Yasin and his son Danish. They were taken to the district hospital for treatment. Where Mohammad Yasin died during treatment.

The body was sent for postmortem.
On receiving the information, the local police and senior officials immediately inspected the spot. The body has been taken into custody and sent for postmortem. Along with this, the dog squad and field unit team are taking action. A case has been registered under relevant sections at Kotwali Nagar police station and further legal action is being taken in the case.
