According to astrologers, Ashadha Purnima is on 21st July. The month of Sawan will start from the next day. In simple words, this year the month of Sawan will start from 22nd July. The first day of Sawan is Monday. Therefore, the fast of the first Monday of Sawan month will be kept on 22nd July. After this, the fast of the second Monday will be kept on 29th July, the fast of the third Monday will be kept on 05th August. At the same time, the fast of the fourth Monday will be kept on 12th August and the fast of the last Monday will be kept on 19th August. Sawan Purnima is also on this day. Therefore, the festival of Rakshabandhan will be celebrated on 19th August.
