  • It is believed that vermillion and roli should not be offered to Lord Shiva even by mistake.
  • According to religious beliefs, Ketaki and lotus flowers should not be offered to Bholenath.
  • Use of white color in Shiva worship is considered auspicious.
  • Turmeric should not be offered to Bhole Baba.

  • Suhaag items and any of its symbols should not be offered to Lord Shiva.
  • Tulsi leaves should not be offered to Bhole Baba.

Along with this, the Pratipada date of Krishna Paksha of Sawan month will start on Sunday, 21 July 2024 at 03:46 pm. Looking at the Panchang, Sawan will start from 22 July.
