UP News: Samajwadi Party's rebel MLA Abhay Singh has got a big relief from the High Court. The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court has acquitted SP MLA Abhay Singh in the murderous attack case. A single bench of Justice Rajan Rai has pronounced the verdict in this case today on Friday (21 March).
In 2010, a case was registered against SP MLA Abhay Singh in Maharajganj police station of Ayodhya, Vikas Singh had alleged that Abhay Singh and his associates had attacked him with intent to kill. This case was transferred to Ambedkar Nagar Court, however on 10 May 2023, Ambedkar Nagar Court acquitted Abhay Singh and other accused in this case. However, Vikas again appealed in the High Court in this case.
