United Nations: Russia's envoy to the United Nations has described India as an old friend of his country. He said that Russia has a special strategic partnership with India and he hopes that the possible visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Russia will further strengthen bilateral relations.
There will be concrete talks on many areas
Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said this while talking to reporters here on Monday in response to a question about PM Modi's possible visit to Moscow. This press conference was organized on the occasion of Russia assuming the presidency of the Security Council for July. Nebenzya said, "We have a special strategic partnership relationship with India. India is an old friend of Russia. We cooperate in many areas. I think there will be a concrete dialogue on all these areas of cooperation."
PM Modi may visit Moscow
