Republic Day Celebration: Republic Day is being celebrated across the country today. India is happily celebrating the 76th year of formation of its Constitution today. On this occasion, a grand parade and cultural programs were also organized on the duty path. A total of 31 tableaux were seen in the parade. On this occasion, actor Aamir Khan reached Gujarat where he remembered the first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of independent India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel for his contribution.

The actor saluted the 'Statue of Unity'

The actor, dressed in a white kurta and pyjama, saluted the tricolour along with Sardar Patel in front of the Statue of Unity. Along with this, he also offered flowers at his feet. Many more pictures have surfaced on the official post of Gujarat Information. In the pictures, Aamir can be seen standing near the Statue of Unity and paying tribute.

Veteran actor Anupam Kher shared a video on Instagram and wrote in the caption, 'Happy Republic Day to all Indians around the world. Jai Hind! Happy Republic Day.'

Talking about Aamir Khan's work front, he was last seen in Lal Singh Chaddha. These days the actor is promoting his son Junaid Khan's new film. Junaid's film Loveyaapa is going to hit the theaters on February 7, 2025. Khushi Kapoor will be seen with him in this film.
