UPPSC: A case of leaking the UP Technical Examination (Teaching) paper to be conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) on October 20 has come to light. This has been disclosed by the Director of IICT through his mail sent to the Public Service Commission. The mail sent a week ago and the FIR lodged by the police have increased the possibility of paper leak in UP again. The entire case is of Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) located in Indira Mill under Bhadohi Sadar Kotwali area where audio of a government employee named Rajesh Verma working in this institute has been found.

It is said that Rajesh, an employee of the institute, is talking to another person and in that audio, both are saying that everything has been set in the question paper of the Public Service Commission examination to be held on Sunday, 20 October 2024. Set the candidates who buy the paper and sell the paper to the one who pays a good price. This audio clip has caused sleepless nights for the people of the Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) established by the Ministry of Textiles of the Government of India, including the government administration.

There was a stir when the audio clip went viral.
Asia's only Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) is located on the way to Varanasi from Indira Mill Square in Bhadohi. There has been a stir when an audio clip about the leak of UPPSC technical education exam paper by an employee and an unknown person surfaced. Regarding the above audio, the Director of IICT has sent an email to the Secretary of the Public Service Commission and informed him about this a week ago.

After this sensational disclosure, Deputy Secretary of UP Public Service Commission Dharmendra Kumar Tripathi has registered a case in Bhadohi City Kotwali on 16th October under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 and Section 8 of UP Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Ordinance.

According to the FIR lodged in Bhadohi Sadar Kotwali, in an email sent by IICT Director Rajiv Kumar Varshney to the Public Service Commission on 14th October, it was told that an audio clip of a conversation between an employee named Rajesh Verma working in his institute and a person of unknown name and address has been found. After listening to which, it seems from their conversation that it is related to affecting the purity of the examination conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission and obtaining unfair advantage. 

According to the FIR lodged demanding immediate action in the case,
the Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission and the Director of IICT have demanded immediate action from the district police. The IICT Director has further written in the mail that on October 20, the Commission is going to conduct an examination on 8 subjects of UP Technical Education (Teaching-Teaching) Service Examination 2021, for which immediate action has been demanded.
