New Delhi. As soon as the Supreme Court's decision came on NEET-UG, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan put Rahul Gandhi and opposition leaders in the dock. He said that they should apologize to the children, parents and the entire teaching community for misleading the children and parents and the way they have condemned the entire examination system of the country.
Rahul Gandhi is busy spreading anarchy and unrest
Dharmendra Pradhan called the Supreme Court's decision historic. Talking to reporters after the Supreme Court's decision on NEET-UG on Tuesday, the Education Minister said that since the time of elections, Rahul Gandhi has been engaged in a conspiracy to spread anarchy and unrest in the society. This has also been a part of his politics. Even after losing the elections, he is engaged in such activities.
The students of the country belong to everyone
In response to a question, the Education Minister said that political rivalry and debates may be different, but the students of the country belong to everyone. They do not belong to any party. Pradhan said that I had answered Rahul Gandhi's absurd questions in the Lok Sabha on Monday and told that I have given information about the steps taken by my government to bring purity in examinations. Now he should tell what he has done in this direction. For what reasons his government did not allow the three bills related to reform in examinations to be passed.
Committed to making NTA a credible agency
Pradhan said that he is committed to make NTA a reliable examination agency of the 21st century. A high level committee has been formed for this. It has to submit its report in two months. During this time, whatever suggestions come to make the credibility of the examination, they will be implemented. The examination should be conducted on OMR pattern or it should be computer based. Whatever better improvement will be made, they will be implemented.
New merit list will be released in a day or two
Pradhan has indicated that NEET-UG counseling will start soon. He said that in the next one or two days, the new merit list of NEET-UG will be released by NTA. Which will be based on the decision given by the Supreme Court regarding the correct answer to a question in the exam. With the release of the new merit list, the complete result of NEET-UG will be given to the National Medical Council. Which will probably announce the date of counseling soon.
