Nagpur/Ranchi: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat performed 'Shastra Puja' on the occasion of Vijayadashami at the RSS headquarters in Nagpur. The RSS chief also addressed the ceremony and gave a message to Hindus to unite. Bhagwat also spoke about the Kolkata incident, violence against Hindus in Bangladesh.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said that the Bangladesh incident has told the world's Hindu society that being unorganized and weak invites atrocities. Therefore, Hindus need to be organized and empowered.

Attempts are being made to tarnish the image of the country

Mohan Bhagwat further said that the world also accepts power. But some powers whose personal interests are affected do not want to see India becoming powerful. These are all the countries that claim to be committed to world peace but when it comes to their own security and interests, they do not hesitate to attack other countries or overthrow elected governments illegally or violently. These powers keep trying to tarnish India's image.

RSS is reaching its centenary year

Bhagwat also talked about the Sangh reaching the centenary year of its foundation day. RSS always celebrates its foundation day on Vijayadashami. It was on the day of Vijayadashami in 1925 that Dr. Balram Krishna Hedgewar started it.

attacked many countries

Bhagwat said that these people know that when India becomes powerful then there will be peace and harmony in the world and RSS has been trying to make India powerful for the last 99 years. The program was organized at the ground located in Reshimbagh. The chief guest of the program was former ISRO chairman Dr. K Radhakrishnan. In his address of about 1.13 hours, Mohan Bhagwat raised many issues of the country and abroad and also attacked many countries without naming them.

Hindus should learn from the Bangladesh incident

Referring to the Bangladesh incident, Bhagwat said that whatever may be the reason for the violent coup there, but Hindu society was subjected to brutal atrocities without any reason. Hindu society came out of their homes in an organised manner to protest against those atrocities, so there was some protection. But as long as the oppressive fundamentalist nature exists there, the sword of danger will continue to hang over the heads of all minority communities including Hindus.

Illegal immigration a matter of grave concern

Mohan Bhagwat said that after the Bangladesh incident, illegal infiltration is creating a population imbalance in India. This is a matter of serious concern for the people of India. It is also becoming a threat to mutual harmony and security in the country. He said that Hindus are being tortured in Bangladesh and now there is talk of joining Pakistan to escape from India because it has nuclear bombs. Preparations are underway to create pressure on India by creating such a debate. Everyone knows which country is doing this. It is the government's job to look into this.

Attempts are being made to create conflict in the country

Bhagwat said that today in India, efforts are being made to create conflict by dividing the general society on the basis of small characteristics like caste, language, province etc. This arrangement is being made so that people get entangled in small selfishness and small identity and do not understand the big crisis looming over their heads. Due to this, Punjab, Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh bordering the country's outer border, Kerala located on the sea border, Tamil Nadu and the entire Purvanchal from Bihar to Manipur are unhealthy.

Increase in incidents of radicalism without reason

There has been a sudden increase in incidents in the country that incite fanaticism without reason. There may be satisfaction in the mind about the situation or policies, but there are democratic ways to express and protest against it. Instead of resorting to violence, attacking a specific section of the society, resorting to violence without reason, trying to create fear is hooliganism. There are attempts to incite it or it is done in a planned manner. Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar has called such behavior anarchy. The recent stone pelting on Ganeshotsav is an example of the same. The administration will do its work but the society needs to be vigilant.

can't please everybody

Mohan Bhagwat said that our country is full of diversity. Our diversity is the natural characteristics of the universe. Due to this diversity, everything that happens in social life and in the running of the country is not always favorable to everyone or pleasing to everyone. In response to this, taking the law in one's own hands and creating disturbance through illegal and violent means is not in the interest of the country.

Then it is not right to blame an entire section of society for the wrongdoings of a few people. One should take care that one's conduct does not insult anyone's faith, revered places, great men, scriptures, incarnations and saints etc.

Many guests were invited to the program. Among them were Deputy Registrar of Jharkhand Central University from Ranchi, Shivendra Prasad and his wife.
