There is news that Gujarat Themis Biosyn will be merged with Themis Medicare. Information has been received from the companies on the exchange. Shares of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd rose 3.6 percent to close at Rs 304. The company's market cap is Rs 3321 crore. The other company is Themis Medicare Ltd. Shares of the company rose 5 percent to close at Rs 285.

Merger announcement-  Information released on the exchange states that Gujarat Themis Biosyn will merge with Themis Medicare Ltd. Who will get how many shares- Under the swap ratio, 118 shares of Themis Medicare Ltd will be issued in exchange for 100 shares of Gujarat Themis Biosyn. (Suzlon Energy Share: Earlier the exchange took a big decision- now the new target of the share is above 70) What will happen now?  This merger will happen after the approval of the shareholders of both the companies, stock exchanges, SEBI, NCLT and other agencies.
