
Prayagraj News: The Allahabad High Court heard the suicide case of TCS recruitment manager Manav Sharma in Agra on Wednesday. The accused got a big shock from the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday. The High Court has rejected the petition of all four accused. The court rejected the petition on the basis of live video recording of the suicide of the deceased Manav Sharma.
The court asked the accused to get bail or anticipatory bail as four accused had demanded cancellation of FIR and stay on arrest in the petition. Manav's accused wife Nikita's father Nripendra Kumar Sharma, mother Poonam Sharma and both sisters had filed a petition in the High Court to avoid arrest. Whereas in Manav's suicide case, everyone including his accused wife Nikita Sharma has been made accused.
In this case, Manav's wife Nikita is still absconding. An FIR was lodged against all of them in Sadar Bazar police station of Agra on 28 February. Manav's father Narendra Kumar Sharma had filed a case under section 108 of BNS against Manav's wife Nikita, her father Nripendra Kumar Sharma, mother Poonam Sharma and her two sisters in the case of his son's suicide.
