Uttar Pradesh News Today: Before Maha Kumbh-2025, the Yogi government is going to organize a Kumbh of employment in Kashi. The employment fair in Kashi will be organized for three days i.e. on 30 November, 2 and 3 December. Along with Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, many national and multinational companies will also participate in it. 

Regional Employment Exchange Office Varanasi is also going to organize a mega employment fair on November 30 to provide employment to more than 4,500 youth. Around 55 to 60 multinational companies will participate in it. Special companies will participate to provide jobs to Divyangjans and women. Along with this, the youth will also get the opportunity to work abroad.

Yogi government is going to organize a three-day mega job fair in Varanasi for the recruitment of drivers in roadways buses
. Regional Employment Office Varanasi and Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation have brought bumper job opportunities for the youth. A target has been set to provide employment to more than 4 thousand 860 people by combining both the departments. 

Regional Manager of Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Parshuram Pandey said that in view of the organization of Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj from 13 January to 26 February, 360 drivers will be recruited on contract on 2 and 3 December at Kashi Depot Premises, Golgadda 

Drivers will get these facilities
Drivers recruited in Uttar Pradesh Roadways will be paid at the rate of Rs 1.89 per km. Drivers will be given duty for 22 days per month. Drivers will be given an incentive of Rs 3,000 if they drive up to 5,000 km.

Under the fixation system, drivers will be paid a total of Rs 19593 for excellent category and Rs 16593 for best category after two years of service. Along with this, additional annual incentive will be given for PF, travel pass, night allowance and accident insurance facility of Rs 5 lakh or accident-free bus operation.

Eligibility for Contract Driver Recruitment
The minimum educational qualification for recruitment of contract driver in Uttar Pradesh Roadways is 8th pass. Apart from this, the minimum age of the candidate should be 23 years 6 months and height should be at least 5 feet 3 inches. The candidate should also have a two-year old heavy license. 

Apart from this,
another job fair will be organized in Kashi. The fair in-charge of Regional Employment Exchange Office, Varanasi, Deep Singh said that more than ten to twelve thousand unemployed youth are expected to participate in this huge job fair. 

The target is to provide employment to about 4500 youth in the job fair. The maximum annual package proposed as per qualification is about Rs 4 lakh 20 thousand. More than 60 national and multinational companies will participate to provide employment to unemployed youth. 

On November 30, Maha Rojgar Mela is going to be organized at Dr. Ghanshyam Singh PG College, Soyepur Varanasi. For this, participants can register on the portal rojgaarsangam.up.gov.in .

Job opportunity in these companies
Many major companies will participate in the job fair. Skill India International Center, an undertaking of the Government of India, will provide the youth an opportunity to get jobs abroad. The Yogi government will also provide jobs to the disabled through the job fair. 

Anudeep Foundation, Sarthak Education Trust will participate to provide employment to the disabled. Specially, the telecommunication related company Wistron will provide jobs to more than 50 women. Apart from this, L&T Company, IFFCO, SBI, Hotel Taj, Tata Motors will also come to the employment fair.

Along with this, reputed companies from various sectors like Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Dixon International Noida, SIS Security, Nationalized Banks, Automobile Companies, Security Solution Companies, Textile, Footwear, Service Sector, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, IT Software, Education will participate.
