The festival of Purnima is celebrated every month. On this auspicious occasion, it is customary to worship Lord Vishnu, the savior of the world, and Goddess Lakshmi along with Chandra Dev. Kartik Purnima 2024 Date and Time

According to the Panchang, the full moon date of Kartik month will start on November 15 at 06:19 am. At the same time, this date will end on the next day i.e. on November 16 at 02:58 am. In such a situation, the festival of Kartik Purnima will be celebrated on November 15 (Sharad Purnima 2024 Date).

Kartik Purnima Puja Vidhi (Kartik Purnima Puja Vidhi)

• Wake up early in the morning on Kartik Purnima.
• Clean the house and offer water to Sun God.
• Worship Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi.
• Take a pledge to fast.
• Offer fragrance, flowers, fruits, flowers and clothes to Lord Vishnu.
• Light a lamp of desi ghee and perform aarti and chant the mantras of Lord Vishnu.
• Offer things including fruits and sweets.
• Recite the fast story.
• It is considered auspicious to donate to poor people.
