Israel-Lebanon Ceasefire: A ceasefire has been reached between Israel and Lebanon. This decision has been taken with the consent of both the countries after several months of fierce war. India welcomed the decision of ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon.

 

The Indian Foreign Ministry said that we welcome the ceasefire declared between Israel and Lebanon. We have always called for de-escalation of tensions, restraint and a return to the path of dialogue and diplomacy. We hope that these developments will lead to peace and stability in the wider region.

 

The war between Israel and Hezbollah will end

The ceasefire talks between Israel and Lebanon have been successful. Both sides are ready for a ceasefire agreement. This ceasefire agreement will come into effect at midnight (Israel time) on November 27. Hezbollah has initially supported this decision. After the ceasefire, there is hope of peace being established between the two sides.

 

According to the terms of the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, a 60-day ceasefire has been declared in this agreement. According to the ceasefire, Israeli soldiers will withdraw from Lebanon. Hezbollah fighters will also withdraw from the Israeli border in southern Lebanon.

 

At the same time, it has been emphasized in the agreement that if Hezbollah violates the ceasefire, then Israel will have the right to attack. However, Lebanon strongly opposed this provision.

 

America Britain said this

US President Joe Biden's statement has come out on the decision of ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah. He said, "Today, I have good news to report from the Middle East. I have spoken to the Prime Ministers of Lebanon and Israel and I am pleased to announce that they have accepted the United States' proposal to end the devastating conflict between Israel and Hezbollah".

 

At the same time, British PM Keir Starmer has also welcomed the ceasefire decision. He said that we should now take steps towards a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, release of hostages and removal of restrictions on humanitarian aid.
