Jaipur Loot News: On Wednesday (23 October) night, unknown miscreants allegedly robbed a businessman of gold and silver jewellery worth Rs 1.25 crore in Jaipur's Muhana police station area. A police officer gave this information.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Lalit Kishore Sharma said that when businessman Ramkaran Prajapati was returning home by car after closing his shop, some unknown miscreants coming in another car stopped his vehicle, assaulted him and fled after looting the gold and silver jewellery kept in his bag.

Attacked with iron rods and sticks 
He told that the miscreants who came in a car stopped his car at a deserted place about 400 meters ahead of the businessman's shop and attacked him with iron rods and sticks. Businessman Ramkaran got out of the car and saved his life. He told that during this time the miscreants fled with the bag kept in the businessman's car.

Half a dozen
police teams have been formed to search for the miscreants under the leadership of Muhana police station officer Madan Kadwasara. CCTV footage installed around the crime scene is being scanned.

The son of the injured jeweller reached the spot.
At the time of the incident, the jeweller's son was also following them on a bike. However, he was at some distance and by the time he reached the spot after the incident, the miscreants had fled. The victim's family immediately informed the police.

Police is searching for the miscreants.
According to DCP South Digant Anand, several teams have been formed under the leadership of Muhana police station officer Madan Kadwasra, who are scanning the CCTV footage installed around the incident spot. Apart from this, the movements of the miscreants of the gang involved in such incidents are also being investigated.
