He told that on the complaint of the girl, a case has been registered against Deepak under section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation of the case has been started. He said that Deepak is working as a constable in Varanasi.

After this, the girl's father went to the boy's house with his relatives. There they misbehaved with him. They even started threatening to kill him. After this, the victim's family reached the police station. On the complaint of the victim's mother, the police have registered a case against Rajneesh Yadav under IPC section 376 (rape) and against his three family members under sections 504 and 506.
