Now, rising above reality shows, Vicky Jain is going to step into the world of acting. The interesting thing is that Vicky is debuting from the same show from which Shah Rukh Khan had once debuted and got recognition. He will be seen in the sequel of the 1989 TV show Fauji .

What was Shah Rukh Khan's reaction?

After 35 years, Doordarshan is coming up with Fauji 2, which is being produced by Sandeep Singh. Vicky Jain is also the co-producer of this show and he is also playing the lead role. Recently, he broke his silence on starting acting. Vicky also told that Shah Rukh already knew that this show was being made and what his reaction was about this has also been revealed.

Talking to Hindustan Times, Vicky Jain said, "He knew about it. Sandeep had already informed him. He was very happy about it. We are planning to go and meet him soon and take his blessings with the whole team."

He praised his wife Ankita Lokhande

Vicky Jain has also praised his wife Ankita Lokhande. He said, "I am very lucky to be doing acting. Now I have some experience of facing the camera. So it was not difficult, but I must say that acting is a serious business. I am lucky that Ankita is there. She really helps me and makes me understand. This is the first time she is not around and I had this fear in my mind but then she told me that this is my time, just go and have fun."

Fauji 2 will be aired on Doordarshan channel, but its premiere date has not been announced yet. Gauhar Khan will play the role of Vicky Jain's on-screen wife in the show. Actor Sharad Kelkar will also be seen playing an important role in the show.
