Out of these 5 people, the medical degree of 2 is fake. After getting this information, the police have registered a case. At the same time, the degrees of the other 3 people are being investigated.

How did you open a fake hospital?

Giving information about this case, Surat DCP Vijay Singh Gurjar said that Janseva Multi Specialty Hospital was to be inaugurated in Pandesara area of ​​Surat. An invitation letter was distributed for this. In this invitation letter, the name of a doctor was written as Bablu Ramasare Shukla, who was calling himself a BEMS doctor. A case was registered against Bablu in Surat under the Medical Practice Act and he is a fake doctor. The other doctor is Rajaram Keshav Prakash Dubey, he also calls himself a BEMS doctor. A case was also registered against him in Pandesara police station of Surat under the Gujarat Medical Act. The degrees of both these doctors are fake.

Police said that Janseva Multi Specialty Hospital was built in Pandesera. It has a total of 5 co-founders, out of which 2 have fake degrees and cases are registered against them. This new hospital was inaugurated on Sunday. However, the very next day of the inauguration of this hospital, it was sealed.

Investigation into doctors' degrees continues

Police officials further said that the third doctor in the hospital is Ganga Prasad Mishra, who calls himself BAMS. Several cases of liquor smuggling are registered against this third doctor in different police stations. Three FIRs are also registered against him. The fourth accused has been identified as Sajjan Kumar. This accused claims himself to be MD. At the same time, the fifth accused in this case is Pratyush Goyal, who has been claiming himself to be MS Orthopedic. The degrees of these three who call themselves doctors are being investigated. If their degrees are found to be fake in the investigation, action will be taken against them as well.

Names of officers printed without permission

This fake hospital was inaugurated on Sunday. The names of Surat Police Commissioner Anupam Singh Gehlot, Surat Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shalini Agarwal and Joint Police Commissioner Raghavendra Vats were also printed on the invitation card of this hospital. However, no one reached this program. Currently this hospital premises have been sealed. Police officials investigating said that the degrees of other co-founders are being verified, further action will be taken based on the findings.
