Ghaziabad News Today: There was a ruckus during the hearing in the Ghaziabad District Judge's court adjacent to the capital Delhi on Tuesday (29 October). Where during the hearing of a case, there was a clash between the judge and the lawyers. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and lathi-charged the lawyers who were creating ruckus and drove them away. 

Now in this case, Ghaziabad Court's Central Nazir Sanjeev Gupta has lodged an FIR against the lawyers at Kavinagar Police Station. In this, he has lodged an FIR against three people including Advocate Nahar Singh, his son Advocate Abhishek Yadav and Advocate Dinesh Yadav along with 40 to 50 unknown people. 

In the FIR filed against three people
, it has been stated that on Tuesday at 11.15 am, Advocate Nahar Singh, along with his son and unknown companions, damaged government property by pelting stones and setting fire in the court premises. Apart from this, they also obstructed the functioning of the court. 

It further stated that on the same day between 11.30 am and 1 pm, Advocate Nahar Singh, his son Advocate Abhishek Yadav and his relative Dinesh Yadav along with 40 to 50 unknown people, under a well-planned conspiracy, broke the glass windows and DMDs of several court rooms including the rooms of the Civil Judge. 

In the FIR lodged with the
police through Central Nazir Sanjeev Gupta, it has been stated that due to the said persons, the functioning of different courts was obstructed and they also threw the chairs and tables of the court on the spot. 

During this, while coming down from the first floor of the court premises, the DFMD installed near the police post was damaged and many CCTVs were also damaged, while the police post present in the court premises was set on fire.

What is the whole matter?
According to the news published in the media, after this dispute in the court room of Ghaziabad District Judge, the police resorted to lathicharge to control the situation. Earlier, Advocate Nahar Singh Yadav had demanded the transfer of a person's bail application to another court. He had an argument with District Judge Anil Kumar regarding this matter. 

This dispute escalated so much that the District Judge got up from his chair and came down. During this, there was a heated argument between the lawyers and the judge. Seeing the matter getting out of hand, the judge called the PAC on the phone. The lawyers allege that many lawyers were injured after being locked in the court room from all sides and beaten.
