New Delhi:  External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar shared some health and lifestyle tips with the people. The External Affairs Minister is on a five-day visit to Australia.

On Sunday, he attended an event in Brisbane. People present at the event also asked him some questions. One of the questions was what the Foreign Minister does to keep himself fit.

How is the lifestyle of the Foreign Minister?

Responding to this question, Jaishankar smiled and said, "I was just thinking that maybe there is some formula for a good lifestyle that you and I can work on. How to take care of your heart. But honestly, I don't do anything special. I live my life regularly like a normal person."

I advise everyone to stay fit. It doesn't matter how you stay fit. I take out an hour every day for yoga and sports because there is nothing better than playing competitive sports to keep yourself fit. I play squash.

What did the Foreign Minister say on India-China relations?

Foreign Minister Jaishankar said, "Relations between India and China had reached a very bad state in recent years, but now there has been some improvement in them. This improvement has come from the withdrawal of troops in eastern Ladakh."

He said that in the year 2020, China deployed a very large number of troops there, in response India did the same. The result was that the armies came face to face and a situation of tension arose in the area. This affected the relations between the two countries. Therefore, the withdrawal of the armies of both the countries is welcome and this has reduced the tension. It is known that on October 21, an agreement was announced to withdraw the troops from Depsang and Demchok.
