Ghaziabad: Social media influencer Elvish Yadav's troubles have increased. Ghaziabad court has ordered a case against Elvish Yadav. The court of Additional Civil Judge has ordered to register a case in Nandgram police station under section 173 (4) of BNSS in the complaint case.

What is the matter?

In fact, in the FIR lodged in Sector 49 police station of Noida, the plaintiff and witness Saurabh Gupta had alleged that he was being chased and threatened with death. When Ghaziabad police did not register the case, Saurabh Gupta moved the court. In this case, orders have been given to register a case against Elvish.

Several actions have already been taken

This is not the first time that Elvish is facing any legal action. He has faced police and court proceedings in many cases before. In October 2024, when the police busted a gang that duped investors in the matter of giving guaranteed returns through the HiBox application, Elvish also came into the news. In fact, the arrested accused used to get ads from many influencers and YouTubers to invest in this app to win the trust of investors. In view of this, Delhi Police had also issued notices to many social media influencers and YouTubers in this case. These included the names of YouTubers / social media influencers Abhishek Malhan alias Fukra Insan, Elvish Yadav, Lakshya Chaudhary, Purav Jha.

Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had taken major action against Elvish Yadav. ED had seized Elvish Yadav's property. Elvish Yadav was also accused of delivering snakes, this matter was also widely covered in the media. After which Elvish was arrested and he had to go to jail. Officials said that Elvish could not sleep on the first night in jail and he kept turning from side to side.
