Dividend Stock: This company will announce dividend on March 21, keep an eye on the stock

Samvardhana Motherson informed after market close on Monday that the company will consider interim dividend for the financial year 2025 on March 21. The company said in an exchange filing that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, which will, among other things, consider the declaration of interim dividend to the equity shareholders of the company for the financial year 2024-25.

The company had earlier announced a final dividend of Rs 0.80 per share in May 2024. In the new 2023, the company had announced a final dividend of 0.65. In the third quarter of FY 2025, the company's profit increased to Rs 879 crore from Rs 542 crore in the same quarter a year ago. Similarly, the company's income increased from Rs 25,644 crore to Rs 27,666 crore year-on-year. Stock performance On Monday, the company's stock closed at Rs 120.95, down 0.67 per cent. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a rise of 7.18 per cent.
