News Topical, Digital Desk : Citius TransNet Investment Trust InvIT's initial public offering (IPO) was listed on the BSE and NSE today, April 29th. The shares listed at ₹104.6, a premium of 4.6 percent. The issue price for this ₹1,105 crore IPO was set at ₹99 to ₹100. Axis Capital, Ambit Private Limited, and ICICI Securities are the book-running lead managers for the issue, while Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar.

What does the company do?
Citius TransNet Investment Trust is a transport-focused infrastructure investment trust formed to invest in, manage, and acquire transport infrastructure assets, including roads, in India. The trust was established by its sponsor through a trust deed and registered with SEBI on August 1, 2025.

Income from Operations ₹1,987.05 Crore in FY2025
Financially, the Trust's income from operations was ₹1,987.05 Crore in FY2025, compared to ₹1,773.52 Crore in FY2023. Net cash flow from operating activities increased from ₹907.93 Crore to ₹1,044.95 Crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the Trust's income was ₹1,496.36 Crore and operating cash flow was ₹782.02 Crore. Furthermore, the adjusted enterprise value of the project SPVs was approximately ₹12,058.80 Crore as of December 31, 2025.
