Mahoba News Today: Dengue infection is spreading rapidly in Mahoba district. A total of 35 people including 5 members of the same family were found infected with dengue in the district. A guard of the district hospital is also among the dengue infected patients. The guard has been admitted to the dengue ward of the district hospital. 

Dengue infected patients are being treated under the supervision of doctors. Doctors have given special advice to people to prevent dengue. Under this, people have been appealed to consult doctors instead of taking medicine on their own when they have fever. Apart from this, people have been advised to wear full sleeve clothes.

People are angry with the attitude of the administration and
are looking very angry due to the increasing dengue infection in the district. Local people alleged that despite the increasing dengue outbreak in Mahoba district, neither the malaria department nor the municipality is spraying medicine nor is fogging being done at places where mosquitoes breed.

The wards of Mahoba District Hospital are filled with dengue infected patients. Negligence is being seen in the work of spraying medicine and fogging in the streets to prevent mosquitoes from breeding. Here, according to the timetable, medicine is not being sprayed in any ward. Due to which the number of patients suffering from dengue and fever is continuously increasing rapidly. 

Gaurav Soni, a resident of Chipyanapura in the headquarters, said that a total of five people in his family, including his mother, brother and wife, are infected with dengue, who are being treated under the supervision of doctors. He alleged that neither medicine is being sprayed nor fogging is being done by the municipality. Due to which people are falling prey to dengue infection.

11 patients found infected in the test
CMS Pawan Agarwal said that 35 people in the district were found positive in the rapid test. He said that when the ELISA test was done, 11 of these patients were found infected with dengue. A guard posted in the district hospital was also found infected with dengue. Two doctors have been appointed to take care of the infected patients, who are constantly keeping an eye on the patients.

CMS Pawan Agarwal advised the citizens not to let water collect around their houses. If there is itching in the body, rashes are coming out, bleeding from gums or black colored stools, then get tested for dengue immediately. He said that one must wear full sleeve clothes and do not let water collect in the houses.
