Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said at the 425th birth anniversary celebrations of Aghoracharya Baba Keenaram in Chandauli district that no saint, mahatma or yogi is ever a slave of any power, rather they inspire the society to follow their path. This is what Keenaram Baba had told everyone 425 years ago through divine meditation. In the program, CM Yogi said that Baba Kinaram used his siddhi for the welfare of the nation and the people. Seeing the distortion of the society of that time, he united the society.

He awakened the spirit of establishing a beautiful society free from discrimination for the tribals, Dalits and forest dwellers. Only an Aghoracharya, Yogi and Saint could do this. Referring to the incidents related to Baba Keenaram's life, CM Yogi said that despite being born in a high-class family, Baba started many programs to improve the lives of a large number of tribes and other people. He also reprimanded the government from time to time. CM Yogi said that Baba Keenaram established Kree Kund in Kashi by combining all the sadhna methods of India. The proof of his power and purity is in front of all of us. The Chief Minister said that when the medical college was being constructed in Chandauli, the MLA and MP here had said that something should be done in the name of Baba. I had said that what can be better than a medical college. It is our good fortune that the medical college being built in the name of revered Baba will now become a medium for the good health of the people. Let us tell you that many people including Aghoracharya Baba Siddharth Gautam Ram, former Union Minister and former MP of Chandauli Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, Rajya Sabha MP Darshna Singh, Sadhna Singh, MLA Sushil Singh were present in the 425th birth anniversary program at the birthplace of Aghoracharya Baba Keenaram.
