In fact, a small plane crashed on a road near a beach in the tourist city of Ubatuba in the southeastern state of Sao Paulo and exploded. One person died and seven others were injured in the accident.

As soon as the plane landed on the road, it hit several vehicles. The plane kept pushing the vehicles, after which a huge explosion took place.

The pilot died, but the passengers survived

According to news agency Xinhua, the pilot has died in the accident. Actually, the pilot was trying to land the plane at Ubatuba Regional Airport, but he could not stop the speed and crossed the boundary of the airport terminal.

According to reports, all four passengers on board the plane, including two adults and two children, were rescued alive. 

Fear of accident due to wet runway

The accident also injured three people walking on Cruzeiro beach. Rede Voa, the company that manages Ubatuba airport, said rain and a wet runway caused the accident and that weather conditions were not favorable at the time.

The Brazilian Air Force announced that the process of ascertaining the cause of the plane crash has been started. Let us tell you that earlier on 24 December 2024, the plane crashed in a residential area of ​​​​Sao Paulo, Brazil, killing five people, including a minor.

The report said firefighters have not yet determined whether the injured were passengers or outsiders. The plane was a single-engine RV-10 that seated one pilot and three passengers.

In early September, 14 people were killed when a small plane crashed in Barcelos, in the Amazonas state of northern Brazil, local authorities said.
