Delhi Crime News: 30-year-old Pramod alias Guddu was killed by hitting him with bricks in Ranhaula police station area of ​​outer Delhi. Guddu was a resident of Vikas Nagar. The police arrested the murderer within a few hours of the incident. The accused has been identified as 24-year-old Suresh alias Madan Chikna. Madan Chikna is a resident of JJ Colony of Shiv Vihar. The police caught Madan Chikna before he could escape.

DCP Jimmy Chiram said that yesterday at 2:30 pm, Ranhaula police station received information that a person was lying injured in F block of Vikas Nagar. The police team that reached the spot found blood scattered. Blood-stained brick and stone pieces were also recovered. The injured person was taken to DDU hospital in a PCR van. The mobile crime and forensic team collected evidence. On reaching the hospital, the injured person was declared dead by the doctors.

He was murdered by hitting with bricks and stones

Doctors said that there were injury marks on the body and face. Police registered a case under murder sections and started investigation. The deceased had a tattoo of Pramila and Om on his right hand. During investigation, the deceased was identified as Pramod alias Guddu. An investigation team was formed under the supervision of ACP Nangloi Jaipal Singh. SHO Mukesh Kumar Singh, Inspector Manohar Lal, SI Deepak, Tilak Raj, Head Constable Tekchand were included in the team.

Investigation of dozens of CCTV footage

The investigation team scanned dozens of CCTV footages from around the crime scene. Local people were also questioned. Police did not get any clue about the accused. Finally, police saw a suspect in one footage. From 50 more CCTV footages, the suspect was identified as Suresh alias Madan Chikna. Police raided and caught the accused from Shiv Vihar. During interrogation, the accused made a shocking revelation. Madan Chikna knew the family of the deceased.

Insulted at the engagement ceremony

On the night of the incident, Pramod had gone to an engagement ceremony to have dinner without invitation. The organizers humiliated Pramod and drove him away from the engagement ceremony. Madan Chikna also humiliated the uninvited guest. To take revenge for the insult, he made a dangerous plan. When Pramod reached near Tyagi Dairy, Madan Chikna murdered him with bricks and stones.
