A very sad news is coming from the corridors of Bollywood. Veteran Hindi cinema actor Jaideep Ahlawat is going through a very difficult time right now. His father passed away on January 13. Jaideep Ahlawat, who was busy promoting his upcoming series 'Paatal Lok-2' in Mumbai, left all his work and came straight to Delhi as soon as he got the news of his father's death, from where he went straight to his home in Kharkara, Haryana. 

Not many details have been revealed about his father's demise, but the actor has requested the media to give him and his family privacy during this difficult time. 

Jaideep Ahlawat was very close to his father

According to a report in the Times of India, Jaideep Ahlawat 's team issued a statement saying, "We are very sad to inform you that Jaideep Ahlawat's father has passed away. Our thoughts are with the family in this difficult time. Jaideep and his family request you to respect their privacy in this difficult time". 

Jaideep Ahlawat was very close to his father. When he was shooting for Paatal Lok Season 1, he shared a very cute picture in the year 2020. In this picture, he is standing with his father in kurta-pyjama. Sharing this photo on his official Instagram, he wrote, "I am a part of you, so I will be like you only" —- "Ditto Baauji ki copy Hathiram Chaudhary" —- Bapu is our stud boy. 

Paatal Lok season 2 will stream on this date

Talking about Jaideep Ahlawat's upcoming projects, he will soon be seen in season 2 of 'Paatal Lok', the trailer of which was released recently. In this trailer, he says that the worms of Paatal Lok are not over yet. After eliminating Hathoda Tyagi, who will be the second target of Inspector Hathi Ram Chaudhary (Jaideep Ahlawat), it will be revealed on Prime Video on January 17, 2024. 

Before Paatal Lok Season 2, Jaideep Ahlawat was seen in Yash Raj's film Maharaj released on OTT, in which he played the role of Maharaj Jadoonaath.
