Outsider candidate Jaiveer Valmiki has not done any development in the assembly. No work has been done in the assembly constituency for basic facilities. At the same time, the double engine government has brought the country's largest Maruti plant to Kharkhauda. A network of national highways has been laid around Kharkhauda under the rule of the BJP party. Youths are getting government jobs without any expenses, without bribes. He will go among the people with the development work done by the BJP. Along with this, Pawan Kharkhauda claimed that he will win the election from Kharkhauda assembly constituency on the strength of the organization and workers.

In this election, Jaiveer Valmiki got 38,577 votes and Pawan Kharkhauda got 37,033 votes. Due to his strong hold in the area, BJP has made him its candidate.
