Uttarakhand Case: In the Rudrapur police station area of ​​the district headquarters of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand, a young man called a five-year-old innocent girl to his room on the pretext of chocolate, closed the door and started molesting her. After this, when the innocent girl started screaming, the young man opened the door of the room and then the girl ran away to her home. She informed her family about the incident. After this, the family of the innocent informed the police about the matter on 112.

The police team reached the spot and took the young man into custody, and later registered a case based on the complaint of the innocent girl's family. The police presented the accused in the court, from where he was sent to jail. A five-year-old innocent minor girl living in Rudrapur Kotwali area of ​​Udham Singh Nagar district was called to the room of a young man living in her neighborhood on the pretext of chocolate and the door of the room was closed. After closing the door of the room, the young man started taking off his clothes and then when the girl started screaming and shouting when he held her hand.

A girl was molested by luring her with chocolate

When people started gathering around after hearing the girl's voice, the young man left the girl and said to her that if she told anyone, he would kill her. After this, the girl's family informed the police about the matter on 112. The police team reached the spot and took the young man into custody, and later on the basis of the complaint of the girl's family, the police registered a case against the accused youth Rahul son of Om Prakash Dhingra under various sections and presented him in the court, from where the accused Rahul has been sent to jail. 

Medical examination of the girl child was done

Rudrapur CO Niharika Tomar IPS said that the accused Rahul, who had raped a five-year-old innocent girl in Rudrapur Kotwali area, has been arrested. She said that a case has been registered against the accused under various sections including the POCSO Act. The girl has also been medically examined.
