Amitabh Thakur News: In the alleged theft case in Nainital, Uttarakhand, Azad Adhikar Sena's national president Amitabh Thakur and his wife Dr. Nutan Thakur have sent separate letters to retired IAS officer and advisor in Uttar Pradesh government Avneesh Awasthi and have apologized unconditionally for their post regarding him. Along with this, they have also deleted their post. 

In this regard, former officer Avnish Awasthi had sent separate legal notices to Amitabh Thakur and Nutan Thakur stating that they have no connection with the above case and that they have no connection with this case and false and misleading news is being spread about them. After which Amitabh Thakur and Nutan Thakur have now apologized. 

Actually, for the last few days, the case of theft in the house of a senior officer in Nainital has been in the headlines on social media. In which it was claimed that there is a bungalow in Bhimtal which belongs to a former IAS of UP and cash worth 50 crores was stolen from that bungalow. After which the name of Avnish Awasthi was added to this case and he started being discussed on social media. Amitabh Thakur and Nutan Thakur also openly took his name. 

Amitabh Thakur will go to Nainital for investigation
, on the other hand Amitabh Thakur and Dr. Nutan Thakur will also go to Bhimtal on 30 September in this regard. Many serious facts have also come to light in this case, including that this bungalow belonged to a deceased mafia, police and administrative officers misused their influence to illegally occupy that bungalow, and that the property was transferred in the name of benami. 

Along with this, news has also come out that UP police personnel in plain clothes went to the spot and detained a person and recovered some goods etc. Uttarakhand DGP Abhinav Kumar himself has not denied this incident but has said that it is being discussed heavily on social media and other places.

Amitabh Thakur said that all these facts make this case even more serious. Therefore, to know the complete truth of this case, he and Dr. Nutan Thakur will go to the spot tomorrow on 30 September and get information about the facts.
