Amethi News: Attacks by wild animals are increasing in Amethi. This morning, villagers who went to the fields were attacked by a wild animal. Half a dozen people from three nearby villages were injured in the attack by the wild animal. All the injured were immediately admitted to the local hospital and Sanjay Gandhi Hospital where all were treated. According to the injured, the animal that attacked looked like a jackal, but was not a jackal. Currently, after getting information about the incident, the forest department and local police are conducting a search operation in the area.

Actually, this whole matter is of three villages located near Paniyar Power House of Munshiganj police station area. Where this morning the villagers of nearby villages Tulsipur Korari Lakshan Shah, Chetram Pandey Ka Purwa and Paniyar village had gone towards the fields, when suddenly a wild animal attacked them at around 5:30 in the morning. 6 people including a teenager were injured in the attack of the wild animal. In a hurry, all the injured were admitted to Musafirkhana CHC, Bhetua CHC and Sanjay Gandhi Hospital by the family members where all of them were treated.

 

As soon as the information of the incident was received, Munshiganj police and forest department
team reached the spot and are conducting a search operation in the area but no clue of the wild animal has been found yet. On the whole matter, DFO Ranveer Mishra said that the team has been sent to the spot. Search operation is being conducted in the area, the attacking animal will be caught soon. Let us tell you that many people have been injured and many have lost their lives due to wolf attack in Bahraich. Therefore, the administration in Amethi has asked people to remain alert.
