Agra News: A junior doctor molested an innocent child admitted for treatment at Agra's SN Medical College. After which the principal of SN Medical College has suspended the junior doctor and an investigation is being conducted. Along with this, a complaint was lodged against the junior doctor at MM Gate police station, on which the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and other sections and sent the accused to jail. 

Actually, a case of molestation and obscene act of an 11-year-old girl has come to light in the pediatric department of SN Medical College, for which a junior doctor has been accused. The 11-year-old girl was admitted for treatment, her mother was also present with the innocent girl, at night the innocent girl had some trouble, so the mother took her to the doctor. The junior doctor started checking the girl, meanwhile the mother of the innocent girl came out of the ward for some work, during which dirty acts were done with the innocent girl. 

A case has been filed against the doctor under the POCSO Act

The innocent girl told the entire matter to her mother, after which there was an uproar. The family members of the innocent girl complained to the senior doctor of the department, the police reached the spot. The family members have accused the junior doctor. The junior doctor touched the innocent girl with bad intentions and did a dirty act. The family members have filed a case against the accused junior doctor under the POCSO Act. The accused doctor was handed over to the police by the SN Medical College administration. MM Gate police station has sent the accused doctor to jail while the innocent girl has been sent for medical examination.

The accused doctor who did indecent acts with the girl admitted for treatment at SN Medical College has been sent to jail. The medical college administration is also investigating this matter. There was an uproar due to the indecent act with the innocent girl, the college administration handed over the accused doctor Dilshad to the police. On this matter, ABP Kotwali Anand Kumar Pandey told that a complaint was received about indecent acts with an innocent girl at the local medical college, on the basis of the complaint a case has been registered against the accused under POCSO and other sections, the accused has been sent to jail.
