UP News: Five people have died in a head-on collision between a tempo and a Xylo car on Shravasti National Highway 730 in Uttar Pradesh. This tragic accident took place near Mohanipur in Ikouna police station area. In the head-on collision, 5 people sitting in both the vehicles died on the spot, 7 people were seriously injured in this accident.

After this accident on the National Highway in Shravasti, the injured were rushed to the hospital. Where the doctor, seeing the critical condition of the injured, referred all of them to the medical college. The police is trying to remove the dead body buried under the vehicle by conducting a rescue operation. After the accident, both the vehicles fell into a ditch several feet deep. 

At the same time, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also taken cognizance of the road accident in Shravasti. CM Yogi has expressed condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased. CM Yogi has instructed the officials to immediately reach the spot and expedite the relief work and also instructed for proper treatment of the injured.
