Dausa News: In Rajasthan, open and deep borewells are becoming centers of danger to the lives of innocent children. Instead of filling the dried up borewells in their fields and land with soil, people leave them open and many times innocent children have to pay the price for this by losing their lives.
On Monday (9 December) evening, another child got stuck in a 150 feet deep borewell in Dausa. This incident happened in Kalikhad village of Papada police station area of Dausa at around 3 pm on Monday evening. Five-year-old Aryan was with his mother at that time. Aryan's mother was working on a well near the field when suddenly Aryan's foot slipped and he fell into an open borewell nearby.
As soon as the news of Aryan falling into the borewell was
received, the local administration immediately reached the spot. The digging of the land around the borewell in which Aryan is trapped has been started with seven JCB machines. The entire administration including the District Collector is engaged in monitoring the rescue operation. Oxygen pipe has been inserted inside the borewell and Aryan's movement is being monitored through CCTV. A team of SDRF from Jaipur has also reached Dausa and Dausa MLA DD Bairwa is also present on the spot along with the local people.
