Gorakhpur. The accused, who was released on bail, called the girl on the pretext of deleting objectionable photos and raped her. The victim, who is a resident of Sant Kabir Nagar district, has filed a case against three people including the youth in Chiluatal police station for rape, conspiracy and assault.

The girl hails from Mehdawal police station area of ​​Sant Kabir Nagar district and lives in Tiwaripur. In the complaint given to the police, the girl said that she had filed a case against Vipul Mall, a resident of Jogia in Sahajanwan. The accused, who was pressurising her for a compromise, called her to meet him in jail and by pressurising her, got her to give a statement in his favour in the court.  He had told the girl that he would delete the objectionable videos and photos he had.

Called to the room and raped

After coming out of jail, Vipul called her to a room in Chiluatal area on the pretext of deleting her objectionable video and photos made earlier and raped her while threatening to kill her. The girl alleges that Matelu, who lives in Chiutaha of Chiluatal and Ramkaran Yadav, who lives in Kaudiya of PPganj, assisted in this entire incident.
