Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that this attack is a true reflection of Ukraine's political leadership, which is based on enmity with Russia. No army would attack civilians like this at night. He further said, they are our enemies, we will also continue military action against them.
Ukraine said Russia fired 46 drones overnight, destroying 38 of them. Moscow regional governor Andrey Vorobyov said the attack killed a 46-year-old woman and injured three other people in Ramenskoye. Residents said they were awakened by the sound of explosions. Ramenskoye is about 50 kilometers southeast of the Kremlin, the presidential residence.
Russia is getting missiles from Iran
