Kathmandu: A helicopter crashed on Wednesday in Shivapuri National Park in Nuwakot, outside Nepal's capital Kathmandu. A total of five people, including four Chinese tourists, died in this accident. Contact was lost three minutes after takeoff

Meanwhile, news agency PTI quoted My Republica newspaper as saying that police have recovered five bodies from the accident site in ward number seven of Shivapuri Rural Municipality in Nuwakot.

According to reports, the helicopter took off from Kathmandu at 1:54 pm but lost contact three minutes after takeoff. Citing a police official, the paper said the bodies of two men, a woman and the pilot were recovered from the crash site. It said one of the bodies was badly burnt and could not be identified yet.
