Texas. A 90 feet tall statue of Lord Hanuman, the supreme devotee of Lord Shri Ram, has been installed in Texas, USA. This statue was unveiled on Sunday. In this way, this statue of Lord Hanuman has become the third tallest statue in America. The statue has also been consecrated.

It has been named Statue of Union. The statue has been given this name because Lord Hanuman contributed to uniting Ram and Sita. This statue is in the Sri Ashtalakshmi Temple in Sugar Land, Texas. This project has been conceptualised by Chinnajiyar Swamiji.

25 feet tall statue of God installed in Delaware

Earlier in the year 2020, a 25 feet high statue of Lord Hanuman was installed in Delaware. This statue was sent from Warangal, Telangana.

The idol is a symbol of strength, devotion and selfless service

About the Statue of Union, the website states, "The Statue of Union will be North America's tallest statue of Lord Hanuman. It is a symbol of strength, devotion and selfless service. Hanuman reunited Rama with Sita and hence the name Statue of Union. This project is entirely the vision of His Holiness Sri Chinnajiyar Swamiji. This is an opportunity for us as a community to pave the way for future generations to receive the divine blessings of Lord Hanuman."

The aim is to create a spiritual center

Located at the Sri Ashtalakshmi Mandir in Sugar Land, Texas, the Panchaloha Abhaya Hanuman statue will be 90 feet tall, the website further states. The Statue of Union aims to create a spiritual hub where hearts will find solace, minds will find peace and souls will find upliftment.
