In fact, in response to a question, President Vladimir Putin said that US President Donald Trump did the right thing by suing the BBC over an edited clip of his speech.
Donald Trump has sued public broadcaster BBC for at least $10 billion in damages over edited excerpts of his speech that appear to show him instructing supporters to storm the US Capitol.
However, the BBC has already apologized for the edited clip and has stated that it will defend itself in this matter.
