News Topical, Digital Desk : US President Donald Trump's recent MRI caused a sensation in the American media. Every American media outlet wanted to know why Trump underwent an MRI and what the results revealed. However, the White House has remained reluctant to comment on the matter.
However, the White House has now clarified the matter. White House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt said on Monday that President Donald Trump's recent MRI was preventative and showed that his cardiovascular health is good.

Speaking to reporters at a press briefing, Levitt said that men Trump's age had benefited from such screening. He said, "President Trump's cardiovascular imaging was completely normal, with no evidence of narrowing of arteries, obstruction of blood flow, or any abnormality in the heart or major vessels."
Levitt added, "The heart chambers are normal in size. The vessel walls appear smooth and healthy, and there are no signs of inflammation or clotting. Overall, his cardiovascular system appears to be in very good health. His abdominal imaging is also completely normal."
Standard checkups are typically performed to monitor the US president's health. However, the White House did not provide any information after the MRI, which is unusual. Trump said on Sunday that he had no idea which part of his body had undergone the MRI.
