Passengers' anger erupted

Passengers have become increasingly angry after IndiGo Airlines canceled several flights one after the other. A foreign female passenger vented her anger by climbing on the IndiGo counter, a video of which has surfaced on social media.

3 flights cancelled in 17 hours

A woman at the Mumbai airport narrated her ordeal, saying, “They told me that my flight had been cancelled. In such a case, I would either get another ticket or get a refund. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a ticket for another flight. The second flight was cancelled, so they gave me another ticket. We have been waiting at the airport for 17 hours. Two flights were cancelled and then the third flight for which we were given a ticket has also been cancelled.”

At Mumbai Airport, several passengers vented their anger on IndiGo staff. A commotion could be seen outside the IndiGo ticket counter.

Flights disrupted for the fifth day

It should be noted that after the DGCA ordered roster changes, many IndiGo flights across the country were grounded. Since the order went into effect on December 2nd, IndiGo has been canceling more than 500 flights daily. On Friday alone, more than 1,000 IndiGo flights were canceled.
